ご宿泊にあたってのお約束事
皆様が気持ちよくご宿泊できるよう、『ゲストハウスのび』では下記のルールを決めさせていただいております。
- ゲストハウス内は禁煙です。
- 住宅街の中にあるお宿なので、ご近所さんのご迷惑にならないように、夜は大声での会話はお控え下さい。
- 外出される時は、必ず玄関の鍵をかけて下さい。
- 門限はありませんが、深夜に帰られる時は、お静かにお願いします。
- チェックアウトの際、使用した部屋の扉を開けておいて下さい。
House rules
The following rules have been set for "Guesthouse Nobi" so that everyone can stay comfortably.
- Please take off your shoes in the lobby.
- PLEASE DON’T SMOKE in the house.
- Please lock your room door and the entrance door when you go out.
- Please respect neighbors and try to be quiet at night since my house is located in the residential area.
- There’s no curfew but please try to be quiet when you get back home late at night.
- please open the room door which you used when you check out.

『ゲストハウスのび（以下「当ゲストハウス」）』は、特定の個人を識別できる情報（以下「個人情報」といいます）の取扱いについて、以下のとおり「個人情報保護方針」を定めその保護に努めます。

お客様へのご連絡が業務上及びサービス提供のために必要と判断した場合、電話、手紙、メールにてご連絡を差し上げる事がございます。
お客様よりご記入、ご登録いただきました個人情報は、当宿泊施設の宿泊等事業を行う上で使用させていただきますが、一部、マーケティング等の目的のために個人を特定しない形で統計的情報としても利用させていただく場合もございますので、ご了承願います。 -
個人情報の管理について
お客様より収集させていただきました個人情報は、当ゲストハウス責任者及び当ゲストハウスが契約する業務委託先が管理しており、管理基準に基づいて個人情報への不正アクセス、または、個人情報の紛失、改ざん及び漏洩などの予防に努めます。また、業務委託先の適切な管理及び監督を行います。
ご提供いただきました個人情報について、法令による場合など正当な理由がある場合を除いて、第三者へ提供いたしません。 -

上記に記載された内容に変更があった場合には、速やかに、その旨を告知いたします。
